National Periodic Table Day!

 

Attention all students interested in the ASL/Drama Club short film collaboration. We are meeting in the RAL auditorium on Friday, February 8 at 2:30 p.m. to continue our collaboration.

 

Are you interested in auditioning for As You Like It? As you like it is the spring play at mainstage theatre. If you are intimidated by Shakespeare, don’t worry! We will be available after school Monday February 11th in the R. A. Long theatre to help you select a monologue. If you are at all interested, you should come check it out!

 

Crush Soda for your Crush -Starting this Thursday and going through until next Tuesday you can buy a Crush Soda for your Crush. They will be sold for $1.00 during both lunches in the front hallway. They will be delivered on Valentine’s Day during 6th period.

The Chinese Club is doing a fundraiser and selling Chinese Good Luck Knots for $1.25 each.  They can be purchased during lunch in room 116 until they are all sold.

$200,000 ROTC Scholarship Opportunity!!  Receive a Bachelor’s Degree and have a salary career lined up after graduation with unlimited travel opportunities!! Calling all Juniors and Seniors to stop by to see if you are eligible and learn more. If you are interested in hearing this presentation, sign up in the Career Center.

Volunteers are needed to help with the Glitter and Glow Father Daughter Ball at the McClelland Center on Feb. 22nd, 23rd and 24th.  Sign up for a day and a shift in the Career Center.

North Lake Elementary is looking for Cispus Outdoor School Counselors on April 30th thru May 3rd. You must be a good student with excellent attendance to apply.  Applications are    available in the Career Center.

The Career Exploration ASVAB will be given on Feb. 23rd at Mark Morris.  This is your chance to explore careers and you can check off 3 requirements in Jack Time. Sign up in the Career Center

Jack Shack – Need Service to school points?  Do you have a food handler’s card?  Do you have cash  handling experience?  Do you like to have fun working as a team with fellow students?  If so, come join the Jack Shack team!  Stop by the Jack Shack for more details!”
