2-1-1 is a free confidential community service and your one-stop connection to the local services you need, from utility assistance, food, housing, health, child care, after school programs, elder care, crisis intervention and much more. Dial 2-1-1 from anywhere in Washington State and you will reach a highly-trained information and referral specialist who will assess your needs and provide a list of referrals to available resources in your community.

Youth and Family Link offers a variety of programs to serve Cowlitz County in areas that are under served. All Link services and programs are free.

Free, income based health clinics, public health department clinics, community health centers located in Longview, WA. For the most part these clinics are for low income persons or those without insurance.
Free Transportation

If you have a current Provider One ID Card and are going to a covered medical service within your community, you may be eligible for Medical Transportation. Phone lines are open Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm excluding the lunch hour and holidays. Please call at least 7-14 days in advance. Cowlitz County: 1–800-752-9422, Option 2.
