Several coaches offer late Spring and Summer workouts, not related to regular WIAA Sports Season(s). 

The list below is what has been offered in prior years and may change during each Summer Break.

Football - Late May through June - "Spring Football" - Requires athlete registration online through FinalForms

  • Spring Football is a mini-season that provides prospective football athletes with hands-on skill building, practices and scrimmages. 
  • Spring Ball – June 2 – 21, 2025, Practices 3:30 – 5:00 (Larch St Field)
  • Summer Weights – June 23 – July 31

Volleyball 

  • June 3, 4, 5, 6 practice 4-6PM
  • Weights – June 2, 4, 6, 9, 11, 13 – 6AM
  • June 17, 19, 24, 26 – practice 8-10AM
  • July 1, 3, 15, 17, 22, 24 – practice 8-10AM
  • July – 2, 3, 4 – Parking Lot Fundraiser

Cheerleading (selected squad members only) – RA Long Cafeteria

  • June 3-13, M,T,Th,F – 3:00 – 5:00 pm, W 2:00-4:00 pm
  • June 16 – August 25 – 7:00 am – 9:00 am
  • June 24-27 – UCA Summer Camp

Cross Country - Meet in Annex Gym  See Heja (app) for changes 

  • June 5, 6, 10, 12 @ 3:00 pm
  • June 24-26, 9:30 am
  • July 1-2 12:30 pm, July 3 9:30 am
  • July 8 - 31 Tues/Wed/Thur  9:30 am

Girls/Boys Swimming

  • Pre-Season conditioning swims, M-F mornings. See coach’s webpage for more information, times, etc.

  • June 2nd – 6th = 2:30-4:00
  • June 9th – 11th – 2:30-4:00
  • June 16th – 9:00am – 11:00am
  • June 17th-19th – Lumberjill Basketball Camp 10:30 – 3:00
  • June 23rd, 26th, 30th – 9:00am – 11:00am
  • July 2nd, 14th, 16th, 21st, 23rd, 28th, 30th – 9:00am – 11:00am
  • LCC Summer League Games – June 17th, 19th, 24th, 26th – TBD

  • June 25 - July 31 - T & Th 5:30 - 7:30 pm
