R.A. Long High School is partnering with Cappo Health to provide on-site, no out-of-pocket cost diagnostic cardiovascular testing for your students. 

Testing begins on December 6th!  Multiple appointment times still available!

How is this at no out-of-pocket cost?     We believe every child should have access to potentially lifesaving testing, so we do not want to pass on any financial burden to the families. After testing, you may receive a bill (this is legally required) but we also include a Waiver of Financial Responsibility for each family to sign and return, so we are able to waive the balance.

What tests are done? EKG, Echocardiogram and Vascular Ultrasound

REGISTER NOW!

Once your student is registered and you have chosen an appointment time, have your student stop by the nurse’s office to pick up the registration paperwork.   Once the paperwork is completed, return it to the school nurse.
